Payal Rohatgi is one of the Popular Actress in Andhra Pradesh Film industry as well as also in Bollywood. Payal Rohatgi was born on 9th November in Banjara Hills of Hyderabad. Father of Payal Rohatgi is Shashank Rohatgi and mother is Veena Rohatgi. She has only one brother whose name is Gaurav Rohatgi. Actually the family of Payal Rohatgi was a middle class family. She was grew up in Ahmedabad of Gujarat. She was started her schooling career from Udgam School and she has also completed Engineering in Computer Science. She completed her Computer Science Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering of Ahmedabad. Now she is also a Computer Engineer.

Career of Payal Rohatgi

Payal Rohatgi started her career from Modeling. She acted as a model for the advertisement of some popular products such as : Nirma, Nirma and Nescafe etc. She was also acted in an advertisement of Cadbury Chocolates which is the first path of her towards the film industry. She participated in the Femina Miss India in the year 2002. She was also won Miss Tourism World in South America in the same year i.e in the year 2002. Then she was also acted in an advertisement of Dabur's Lal Dantmanjan with the famous cricketer of Indian Cricket team Virender Sehwag and also acted in the advertisement of Eveready battery with Big B Amitabh Bachchan in the year 2006.

Payal Rohatgi acted in the film "Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?" in Bollywood which is her first film. This film was the remake of the popular film "American Pie". And after that she acted in many popular films such as : Police Force, Plan, Rakht etc. in the lead actress role. She was also acted in some other films in Bollywood such as : "36 China Town" in the year 2006 as an item girl, "Dhol" in the year 2007 as a supporting actress, "Ugly Aur Pagli" in the year 2008 as an aerobics instructor, "30 Takka" in the year 2010 etc.

Payal Rohatgi was also acted in many famous TV serials and programs. She was a contestant of the popular reality television show "BIG BOSS" season 2. And after that she was a contestant of another popular reality television show "Khatron Ke Khiladi" and also taken part in many TV programs, such as : Raaz Pichle Janam Ka, Comedy Circus, Zor Ka Jhatka, Survivor India etc.

She was also awarded for excellence in the field of arts in the year 2nd May 2010 by ICAS (International Creative Arts Society) of Ahmadabad. Now she is working for a NGO in Mumbai which name is Jeevan Dhara.
