Vemana Poems are very famouse in Telugu. He has written 100 poems. So it is called Vemana satakam. each poem is a lesson of life.Kumaragiri Vema Reddy popularly known as Vemana was a 14th century Telugu poet.

అనగ ననగ రాగ మతిశ యిల్లుచునుండు
దినగ దినగ వేము తియ్యనుండు
సాధనమున పనులు సమకూరు ధరలోన
విశ్వదాభిరామ మినురవేమ

Anaga nanaga raga matisaya illuchunundu
tinaga tinaga vemu tiyyanundu
sadhanamuna panulu samakuru dharalona
Viswadabhirama vinuravema

అనువుగాని చోట నధికుల మనరాదు
కొంచమయిన నదియు గొదువగాదు
కొండ యద్దమందు గొంచమై యుండదా
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినురవేమ.

Anuvugani Chota Nadikula manaradu
Konchamaina nadiyu koduvakadu
Konda Addamandu Gonchamai Vyundada..

అత్మ శుద్ధిలేని యాచారమది యేల
భాండ శుద్ధిలేని పాకమేల
చిత్తశుద్ధిలేని శివపూజ లేలలరా
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినురవేమ

Atma Shuddileni Achayamai ela
Banda Suddileni pakamela
Chittasuddileni Shivapuja lelara..
Viswadabhirama vinuravema

ఆపదైన వేళ నరసి బంధుల జూడు
భయమువేళ పాడు బంటు తనము
పేదవేళ జూడు పెండ్లాము గుణము
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినురవేమ

Aapadaiya vela narasi bhandula judu
Bhayamuvela paadu bantu tanamu
pedavela judu pendlamu gunamu
Viswadabhirama vinuravema

ఇనుము విరిగేనేని యునుమారు ముమ్మారు
కాచి యతకవచ్చు గ్రమముగాను
మనసు విరిగెనేని మరి చేర్చరాదయా
విశ్వదాభిరామ వినురవేమ

Inumu virigineni Yunumuru mumuru
Kachi Yatakavachu gravamuganu
manasu virigeni mari cherchuradaya
Viswadabhirama vinuravema
