Ed.CET 2012 Andhra Pradesh – How to apply for Education Common Entrance Test 2012?

Ed.CET 2012, commonly known as the Education Common Entrance Test 2012 is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of APSCHE for admission into B. Ed regular course in colleges of education in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2012- 2013. You might be a candidate who is interested to do B. Ed course in Andhra Pradesh state, India. Eligibility for Ed.CET 2012 in Andhra Pradesh

The candidates must have completed 19 years of age as on 1 July 2012

Candidates must have passed BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/BBM/B.Sc Home Science exams from any Andhra universities or any recognized universities that is located outside Andhra Pradesh state in India

Students who appear for final year degree examination in 2012 are also eligible to appear for this Ed. CET 2012 test

In subjects like Physical Science and Mathematics, there will be no qualifying marks for women

The qualifying marks for all candidates in the Ed. CET 2012 are 37 out of 150. But for candidates who belong to SC/ST communities, there will be no qualifying marks

Candidates who have secured at least 50% marks either in the graduation or post-graduation level or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to this B. Ed course. But in the case of candidates belonging to reserved categories, a minimum of 40% marks is required
